Popular Linux distributions are available — Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and others, plus Windows Server on plans that support it. The exact list depends on the location and is chosen when ordering.
You can reinstall the OS at any time from the client area — all data on the disk will be erased.

Yes. You get full root access (or Administrator rights on Windows) and can install any software and configure the server as you need — within our Acceptable Use Policy.
Pick the country closest to your audience: the shorter the distance, the lower the latency (ping). For European projects Germany, the Netherlands or Poland work well; for Asia — Hong Kong.

KVM — full hardware virtualization. Each VPS has its own kernel and guaranteed resources: CPU cores, RAM and NVMe storage. You can run Docker, VPNs, custom kernel modules and any services.
Yes, upgrading to a bigger plan in the same location keeps your data — from the client area or via support. The price difference is prorated for the remaining period. Moving to a plan with a smaller disk requires a data migration.
The port speed is listed for every plan. If a plan has a traffic cap, it is stated in the plan description; inbound traffic is not billed.
Linux — via SSH:
If the server is unreachable over the network, use the VNC console in your client area.
ssh root@IP-address (from Windows use PowerShell, PuTTY or Termius). Windows Server — via RDP using Remote Desktop Connection. If the server is unreachable over the network, use the VNC console in your client area.
Keeping data on the server safe is the customer's responsibility. We recommend setting up regular backups and storing them off the server (another data center or cloud storage). If snapshots are available for your plan, you can create them in the client area.
A dedicated server is an entire physical machine at your disposal: all CPU cores, memory and disks are yours alone. It suits high-load projects, databases, game servers and running your own virtualization. A VPS is a slice of a powerful server with guaranteed resources — cheaper and deployed instantly.
Yes. Specify the OS and RAID layout when ordering (e.g. RAID1 for redundancy or RAID0 for speed) and the server will be handed over ready. Installing your own image is possible on request to support.
Bank cards, cryptocurrency and e-wallets — the current list of payment systems is shown at the bottom of the site and in the client area when paying an invoice. You can also top up your account balance and pay from it.
Before the paid period ends we issue an invoice and send an email reminder. With auto-renewal enabled the amount is charged from your balance automatically. If the invoice is not paid, the service is suspended and later deleted together with its data — see the Terms of Service for the exact timeframes.
Yes. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months gives a discount — you can see it in the period switcher on the plans page and at checkout.
Refund terms are described in the Refund Policy. To request a refund, open a ticket in the client area and support will review it.
Check that the name is available on the Domains page, add the domain to your order and pay the invoice. After registration you can change the DNS servers and contact details in the client area.
Unlock the domain at your current registrar and get the authorization code (EPP/Auth code). Then order a transfer on the Domains page and enter the code. A transfer usually takes up to 5–7 days and extends the registration period.
Support works 24/7. The fastest way is to open a ticket in the client area — the whole conversation history is kept there. You can also write to us on Telegram or by email — contacts are at the bottom of the Help page.
We are responsible for the hardware, network and virtualization platform. Basic issues — access, OS reinstall, network settings — are handled for free. Administering software inside your server is not part of standard support, but we will point you in the right direction.
Spam, network attacks and scanning third-party networks, phishing, distributing malware and any illegal content are prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list. Violations may lead to suspension without a refund.
